Mr. Pennington is a member of Sullivan Wickley’s retail leasing team which currently leases a diverse portfolio of over 3 million square feet of retail property throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining Sullivan Wickley, Scott held the position of Senior Leasing Representative at Retail Planning Corporation. He was responsible for leasing their Atlanta retail portfolio, totaling more than 1.8 million square feet. Prior to RPC Scott was Senior Leasing Representative at Brixmor Property Group and leased a large retail portfolio in GA, NC and SC. Scott is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Scott earned a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
