Mr. Small is Senior Vice President of Construction for Sullivan Wickley and has over 44 years of construction experience. A licensed general contractor in the State of Georgia, Ralph is responsible for managing pre-construction services for the company, including estimating and scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution to subcontract bidders, project planning, and oversight of general conditions costs. He also oversees all facets of construction management, from coordinating supervisors and project managers to tracking costs during each phase of development. During his career, Ralph has worked in all sectors of the real estate industry, from single family master planned communities to multi-family developments to neighborhood retail shopping centers.
