Charlie serves as an associate on the development team at Sullivan Wickley. He assists with all efforts related to acquiring sites for new development projects, including initial site identification, preliminary site feasibility assessment, and overall due diligence. He holds an active Georgia Real Estate License and brokers land sales throughout Georgia. He also serves as the permitting liaison for the Company by working with municipalities and other governmental agencies to secure proper zoning, permits and other approvals required to suit future developments.
Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
