Mr. Sullivan is the President of Sullivan Wickley and is responsible for the overall design, development, and construction of its projects. He has over 34 years of experience finding, analyzing, zoning, acquiring, developing and constructing commercial real estate properties. His detail-oriented approach facilitates the timely delivery of projects on time and on budget, reflects the company’s high-quality standards, and serves the needs of the surrounding community. Before co-founding the company, Brian served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Roberts Properties, Inc., a private real estate development and holding company in Atlanta. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth strategy including acquisitions and development. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.
