Mr. Weitzenkorn oversees the Investment Sales group of Sullivan Wickley. His team assists a diverse national client base in the acquisition and disposition of commercial retail investment real estate. Bill is consistently one of the top-producing transactional brokers in the Atlanta market and has extensive experience representing both developers and private capital clients at all levels with single- and multi-tenant net leased properties. Bill is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation awarded by CCIM Institute, and, as such, is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
