Mr. Stahel serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for Sullivan Wickley. He oversees the sourcing for, and evaluation of, all of the company’s diverse investment opportunities. Prior to joining SWV, Will was Vice President of Acquisitions at SWG Capital, a joint venture between Sullivan Wickley and the Garner Group. During the past three years, he was responsible for acquiring over $56 million in multitenant retail assets totaling 711,000 square feet in the Southeast and Midwest United States. Previously, Will was Vice President of Acquisitions for Branch Properties, LLC and focused on the acquisition and development of grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Southeast. He began his career as an Associate at M3 Capital Partners, a global real estate private equity and advisory firm based in Chicago. At M3, Will was responsible for the financial underwriting, due diligence, structuring and documentation of real estate transactions with a total capitalization in excess of $1.5 billion. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
