With over 16 years of real estate experience, Ms. Prediletto oversees and directs all aspects of the daily operations of the accounting department for the company. She manages the accounting policies, practices, and procedures, reviews all financial statements for accuracy, and works with property management to continuously measure the financial and operating performance of each company investment, inclusive of the company’s joint ventures with institutional investors. Sarah also coordinates with department managers and executive management to prepare financial budgets and forecasts at both the corporate and property level. Prior to joining the company in 2017, she was the Accounting and Relocation Operations Supervisor for RealtyUSA Capital, one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in Upstate New York. In that role, Sarah oversaw key accounting matters for approximately 450+ agents in 12 offices with over $1 billion in an annual sales volume for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts from Plattsburgh State University and a Master of Accountancy from Mercer University.
