With over 17 years of business management and human resources (HR) experience, Ms. Johnson serves two key roles at Sullivan Wickley. As HR Manager, Karla leads and directs the core functions of the human resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and best practices. As Corporate Accountant, she is responsible for reviewing and coordinating critical financial transactions for the activities of Sullivan Wickley’s parent and subsidiary companies, such as investment sales commissions, insurance risk management, vendor relationships, and construction loan draw administration. Karla earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Berry College.
