With 8 years of industry experience, Ms. Wagner serves as Senior Property Manager for Sullivan Wickley. In that role, Kaitlin oversees all property management initiatives for the company’s portfolio, joint venture assets and our third-party clients. She is responsible for achieving superior operational results and financial performance via hands-on oversight, frequent site visits, constant tenant communication, real-time problem resolution, and timely emergency response. Kaitlin joined the company from RCG Ventures, LLC, where she managed a diverse retail shopping center portfolio of approximately 1.9 million square feet. Prior to RCG, she worked on the retail property management team at Colliers International – Atlanta. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Stetson University.
