Mr. Davis oversees the Leasing group at Sullivan Wickley. His team currently leases a diverse portfolio of over 3 million square feet of retail property throughout the Southeastern United States. Jimmy came to Sullivan Wickley from EDENS, a developer, owner and operator of community-oriented shopping centers in major U.S. markets. At EDENS, he was responsible for leasing its Atlanta retail portfolio, totaling over 1.7 million square feet. Jimmy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ICSC Next Generation, and is on the board of the Crabapple Community Association (CCA). Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
